Shipping & Returns

We ship for a flat rate of $10. Unfortunately we are unable to offer free shipping at this time.
Orders ship via USPS Priority, USPS Ground Advantage or UPS unless otherwise specified. We ship within 1-2 days of the order being placed.
We always try to provide the best rates for reliable and safe shipping. Please email us for any special shipping requests and we will try to accommodate your request.

Orders will ship within 1-3 days of when order is placed. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be shipped the next business day.
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking email within 1-2 days. Please allow the shipping carrier up to 48 hours to reflect updates on their tracking page.
Please note, these are general guidelines and are not guaranteed. Shipping is inherently unpredictable. We do our best to notify customers of any unusual circumstances that could impact shipping times.
Unfortunately, we are unable to offer free return shipping at this time. We offer returns at a flat shipping rate of $10.
Items must be in new condition that have not been worn, altered or used within 14 days of the delivery date. These items must be in their original packaging and in NEW condition.
We acknowledge that shoes will need to be tried on in order to determine if they are the right fit. Please only try on shoes indoors in a clean, scent free, pet hair free environment. Lightly lace shoes if needed and use minimal walking or movement to test the footwear.
When returning, please inspect shoes inside & out and make sure there is no dirt, pet hair or anything on the bottom of the soles. We will inspect the items when returned and full credit will be given if we are able to resell the item. If there are any issues, a cleaning & restocking fee will be assessed and taken out of the refund.
If you choose to return for store credit, a pre-paid return label will be provided to you for free! We only pay shipping for one exchange. If the second shipment does not work out, you will be responsible for the cost of shipping back.
Items must be shipped back and received at Groundwork in order to issue store credit. Once we receive your order we will email you a store credit that can be used to place a new order.
We are happy to exchange your return for another size or color, if we have it in stock. If not, store credit will be issued.
Exchange will be sent as soon as the original order is received here at Groundwork.
Items must be shipped back and received at Groundwork in order to start the refund process. Refunds are processed within 2 to 5 days and will be re-credited to the original method of payment.
Orders being refunded will assess a $8 shipping fee to cover the return label.
Refunds and store credit will be initiated only once the product is received and inspected at Groundwork. Please allow 3-5 days to process your refund.
To start a return/exchange:
- Email email@example.com your return request with the following information:
- Contact information (name, phone number, email address)
- Order Number
- Item for Return/Exchange
- Reason for Return/Exchange
- Groundwork will email you a shipping label to return the item.
- Mail your return, using the label provided, back to Groundwork. Upon receipt, we will assess the return and either a refund or store credit will be issued.
International Shipping & Returns
We are working on an international shipping option. Please email firstname.lastname@example.org for more details!
We use USPS & DHL to ship internationally. International shipping is calculated by weight and distance.
We are not responsible for customs or duties assigned upon arrival. We do not pay return shipping on international orders and customs and duties are non refundable.
